A couple of classic TV theme songs. Maybe you guys should have a separate thread for TV themes - it's a BIG subject and they aren't all instrumental.
I used to love S.W.A.T. but never expected to see it again, and then along came the DVD era. Whatever you might think about the simplistic politics, it was high-octane '70s cop TV at its best, and re-watching it was a total joy.

Good idea. I'll get right on it.

I declare this one on topic, as it concerns a secret acronymic organisation out to defend the world!

Good idea. I'll get right on it. bigvanray and sigasahab I'm glad y'all created the TV and movie themes threads because I was afraid I was going to go overboard with my posting on this thread. Now I can split my time among three threads and maybe I won't seem so obsessed. I spent most of my time this morning while driving to work thinking about which pieces I wanted to post.

My favorite Beethoven symphony, #7. I posted the whole thing, because all four movements are glorious.

My favorite Beethoven symphony, #7. I posted the whole thing, because all four movements are glorious. Nice one. Beethoven is probably my favorite classical composer. Such rich, thick, layered, complex, yet delicate intricacies to his music. Its the same reason that YES is far and away my favorite band of modern times. In fact, you just gave me an idea for a new thread

I also love Floyd Cramer's rendition of it.
