Just realized that I was singing an Adele song incorrectly. I thought it was: "send my love to you in a letter", but it's actually: "send my love to your new lover". The next line has the word "better" in it, which rhymes with "letter", so that's probably why I heard it that way lol. Lover doesn't rhyme with better at all.

Some of the most famous mis-heard lyrics. It is not there's a bathroom on the right.
Yes it is.

Yes it is. It's never once sounded like 'bathroom on the right' to me. Always 'bad moon on the rise', but some artists have been known to purposely do the misheard lyrics for laughs. I already have the link earlier in the thread, but in ELO's 'Don't bring me down' they claim they say "Pruce" in the later bits of the refrain, but it sure sounds like Bruce and I've read but not heard or seen where they've supposedly gone ahead with Bruce in concert just because they're given a hard time about it. On the other hand, the lyric might be 'work me all night', but at 3:20 it sounds more like 'pork me all night'. Granted, that doesn't change the meaning much if at all.

This is hilarious:
I love the "constant Craving" and "all by myself" ones. Those are the funniest ones to me.

Love Shack was just on the radio. When I realized the kid was singing, I listened closer. On the part where the song says "everybody's grooving", he was saying "everybody's stupid" lol.
