I'm going to guess that Fitz's father will come into this somehow. Like maybe in the framework he was raised by his father whom we know from him was a jerk. Maybe they didn't just steal Jemma from his life, but also his mom?

Also i thinking about Daisy in the Framework-Hydr*-World, it make sense if she's only human because she was never recruted by Coulson BUT it's the same world (Uchronia since Coulson decided not to enlist) and Inhumans exist so if i'm right, Daisy still had the Inhuman gene and maybe she could find a terrigene crystal to get back her powers, but she's going to draw one hell of a target on her back in this world! "Break crystal in case of emergency!"
