I still can't believe I die! I was waiting for you to chime in on that one! I'm pretty upset about that, too! Seems odd you are getting a movie but they decided to go that route. When they were teaming up I was waiting to see who got the Soul Stone. I personally think Cap sent those two on purpose knowing that it was really the only pair he could send where one could make a sacrifice and the other would volunteer. Tough, leadership decision. I also think that if Nat's (or Clint's) other idea had worked that it wouldn't have resulted in getting the stone.

For those wondering, Harley Keener played by Ty Simpkins is in the credits. He's at the large group event at the end of the film. I'm kind of hoping that in some future teaser we'll hear that hammering again from the end of endgame only it will fade in to reveal Harley working on a suit of his own]. Still would have sort of liked Riri Williams instead, and I do get a bit of a Terminator 3 concern about a sassy kid all grown up, but I think Marvel could do it right.

I'm quite happy that MCU does very little interaction with the netflix/tv/whatever environment. I've yet to find any connection with C&D, don't have a Netflix account, and AoS is very separate from MCU and was intended to be separate. No it wasn't. It is all connected. Yes, they are frustratingly (for some) lacking in showing it but that's more for practical reasons such as filming schedules and a wish to avoid confusing casual fans. But no, it was not "intended" to be separate. It was actually intended to help keep the MCU front-of-mind between films (back when that was necessary). ^That! Plus, while all the MCU shows are obviously designed to be able to stand on their own, AoS is by far the one most closely connected to the movies. They often either respond directly to plots from the movies (the Hydra reveal - TWS, the Helicarrier - AoU, the Sokovia Accords - CW) or at least pick up themes that are relevant in the theatrical side of the MCU (split between factions - CW, magic - DS, outer space - GotG). None of the numerous other MCU shows does that.

Fury, Mariah Hill, Blake, Sitwell, Agent Carter, Lady Sif, and that is just off the top of my head. I think there is a President too, but I'm not all that up to speed on the movies.

Speaking of Sif, she was supposed to have been dusted, yet was not in the scene with the others who did (at least I don't think it showed her on the screen thing at HQ) and she definitely wasn't in the returning scene at the end, so to answer Doctor Strange's question, no that wasn't everyone lol. I guess they couldn't get the actress back as she was probably busy with her show. Also was Eric (I forget his last name, but he is the guy from the Thor movies) in the group scene at the end? I would have thought he would have been, but I didn't see him. I know he dusted because he was shown on the screen thing, but was he at the funeral?

He wasn't really connected to Tony directly in any of the films, though it's implied that he's sort of part of the expanded team behind the scenes. Was it at the end of AoU where he's shown in a background shot leading a team of researchers or something? So would have made some sense to have him there. Sif would have made sense too, dusted or not. Though in theory if she was dusted she may have been somewhere when she un-dusted that she couldn't just show up. I'm assuming that Strange made one trip to see Wong and Wong rallied everyone he could as quickly as he could. Going to New Asgard and getting folks there makes sense but if Sif wasn't on Asgard during Ragnarok, we can assume she was on a mission somewhere and probably still there when she got dusted. I am aware I'm being greedy of course, but yeah it would have been cool if they could have found literally EVERYONE for that final battle.

Funny Story about this: I actually meant to put a legit spoiler here, but I didn't remember how to do the brackets so I meant to erase "here" and put in the spoiler but naturally I forgot...

Neither Nebula or Tony told them that part. Probably thinking like Doctor Strange did about Tony. If they knew, they'd be more reluctant to do it or they'd hesitate and lose too much time. Cap seemed genuinely upset/surprised that Nat didn't return. Bruce didn't know either or I doubt he would have wanted her to go. They were together romantically for a while after all. It's possible that Tony forgot about that part, but Nebula definitely didn't forget.

Even Tony and Nebula only knew that Thanos had killed Gamorra on Vormire, but not why. Wasn't even Natasha herself the first one who made the connection, realising that the Red Skull wasn't lying about a sacrifice being necessary?

I can see Cap making that hard decision and then essentially faking his shock later. All in the name of "whatever it takes". But it does make maybe more sense that nobody really knew.

I was thinking Thanos had said something to them on Titan as to why he killed her, but it might have been vague like "it had to be done". If that's the case, then Nebula and Tony might have just thought he meant that he had to kill or be killed. Thanos definitely alluded to Scarlet Witch that he'd had to sacrifice someone he loved like she did with Vision. Of course Wanda wasn't there to tell the others that and if she had been, she likely wouldn't have made the connection until after Nat's sacrifice. One video I watched today said early drafts of the script for Endgame had Hawkeye as the one who died. Someone on the crew (production I think) told them not to take that away from Nat because she'd been working toward redemption or something. Also, I found out recently that Howard the duck was in the scene toward the end at the destroyed headquarters. It was a blink and you missed him moment.

Yeah I think all the characters could have pieced it together had they been so inclined (and not dusted). Thanos says "I had to" when Peter figures out (with help from Nebula) that Thanos killed Gamora on Vormir. So I guess I was thinking maybe Tony and "blue meanie" ended up talking about it more and that Tony might have clued in that it might be a requirement to get the soul stone based on what he knew already about them. A reach for sure. Widow makes sense for sure in that (other than Tony maybe) she was the one trying to make amends and who "need it" more.

Well, here are some spoilers for you: - Time travel. Duh! Yep; but, they did okay with it IMO.
- This time, Thor does go for the head. He sure did.- Natasha and Clint aren't the only ones who get a new haircut. The one that you left unmentioned was actually the best of the three.......
- Clint isn't the only parent among the Avengers any more. Um...... he wasn't the only. Scott's a daddy, remember? But, yeah, that new one took me a bit by surprise.- But also, Clint's family is toast. Isn't toast tangible? (but I get where you were going with that one) Mighty burnt toast.............
- Captain America has a nice ass! If you say so
- Thor has kinda let himself go. No sh!t
- Scott was a cute baby. Again, if you say so- And turns out the internet was right: Professor Hulk!! Whaaaaaaaat??? Brainy Bruiser (he had one of my favorite funny moments in the movie)And last but not least, the biggest one: The "biggest"?? Really? We need to talk. I refer you to haxemon 's posts (at least, I'm pretty sure it was Hax) There were more epic moments than that one (but it WAS weird hearing those words come out of his mouth) Fun review, ayanami . Hope it was as good for you as it was for me.
