I just noticed I'm the only specialist on the team. And while that does make me feel extra "special" I am concerned that I have very little support in doing my specialist duties. Plus the specialists-only break room is very lonely.

In fact he was in charge of the project and shelved it, then Fury decided to use it on him.

At least you don't have to worry about anybody stealing your lunch.............

Also, not to demean the directorship, but.................  didn't Coulson do away with "levels?" (S2, I believe)
I vote we lower the number of posts required to achieve Level 10 to 400 so haxemon can lunch with the rest of us non-Directors; and, we can turn the Specialists lunch room into a multi-media room with super-sized, super-hi-def TV and kickazz sound system, allowing us all to enjoy our favorite show in style.
