in no particular order: *the scene with Ward, in the drainage ditch. World's most Dangerous sandwich. Still cracks me up. *imitating Ward- I'm agent Grant Ward, and I can shoot the legs off a fly.... *perhaps this should be on top of the list--his ballsey action in Morocco, in 2x01, trying to find the scroll to Maveth.. awesome. (telling the baddy to use the briefcase for a booster seat....omg that was perfect!) *his viewing of Jemma's phone logs from Maveth...tear-worthy performance
*the latest..(and actually, a bit confusing for me). His insistence while Jems was pointing a gun at him, that if he was an LMD, he didn't know it. He even slit his wrists. (a questionable piece of writing, IMO-one of the problems I had with the latest episode)...yet immediately afterward he went after Jemma's throat, as if he had full knowledge of what was going on. Did I miss something here?

Did I miss something here?Oh, Fitzbot knew perfectly well that he was a robot. He just faked his innocence really really well. He even had me convinced there for a while. After all, It could just as well have been Jemma who was the LMD, just that her programming hadn't been activated yet. So he played along until he had Jemma distracted and then... bam! To manipulate her so thoroughly? Eeeeevil! But genius! My favourite Fitz moments? - Fitz taking out Garrett with a joybuzzer - His freak-out after Jemma confirmed that Ward had killed the first Agent Koenig - Probably #1: "Pasty? Oh, really? Well, when did you become so sun-kissed? Because I'm pretty sure that every minute of every day, you've been stuck in a lab right beside me. At the academy, at sci-ops, this plane ... you've been beside me the whole damn time!" - Yeah, the sandwich scene. Plus, when he later refused to leave Ward alone in that factory and stood his ground both against Ward and the attacking enemies - Every scene with Hunter! "Let me buy you a beer, mate!" - If this list would be 'favourite Hunter moments', then there would be a point with 'Every scene with Fitz'. They were just too awesome together! - The monolith scene! Oh my god, I almost forgot about the monolith scene!

the "Pasty" moment is definitely a contender.
and at least, 2 or 3 times that he slapped Ward on the back. Actually, this should be a Ward moment..the look on his face every time was great.

We have to add "science, biatch!" 😄 Doesn't work for me. I loved Gordon and was hoping for him to drop Mack from a bridge somewhere.

We have to add "science, biatch!" 😄 Doesn't work for me. I loved Gordon and was hoping for him to drop Mack from a bridge somewhere. Gordon was a total liar and traitor! He was just one of Jaiying's minion of flying monkeys. Yet, Mack is always Mr. Grumpy, and in that scene, he lied about being 'the guy who kills Gordon'. Once again, it was our beloved Fitz that actually took Gordon out.

He was there for both Skye and especially Raina when they were lost and felt like the world had turned its back on them. He was also fiercely protective of Afterlife and the other inhumans. All good qualities. But his blind faith (*ba dum tsss*) in Jiaying was too strong and ultimately pushed him over the edge. I hated to see him go all bad guy in the finale. Btw, there's a difference between lying and simply being unable to do what you were having such a big mouth about doing.

I never liked the whole, "Oh, nobody but us can ever understand you" tone. Even before finding out he was in on the plotting with Jaiying, the whole "I felt like a freak and Jiaying hugged me but your 'friends' abandoned you" thing just fell flat, especially when at least Fitz did just that.

I totally saw that in another light. I felt he was lying to Sky the whole time, and was in on Jaiying's plans from the beginning. Yes he was fiercely loyal to Afterlife, but for the wrong reason. And speaking of Raina, there is a thought I keep having, that I expressed without much support on the old IMDb boards, about a character/plot line left in the dirt. I think I will make a new thread to discuss it.
EDIT: * this is in reply to Ayanami. Jemma's response got caught in the ether between replies.

Really? REALLY? I mean F'n REALLY? Favorite Fitz moment? Would be better ask for least favorite. Really. Too many to choose just a few. I will say this though; Fitz has consistently been the most heroic character on the show. Period. As the character grew, so did his heroics. I'll add one that I didn't see above in my quick perusal: Helping Skye in Aftershocks And as for Gordon: Grido shot first. :-) Gordon was a good guy on the wrong side of history.

Oh! The whole stealing Fury's toolbox was awesome! But that was YOUR idea, Jemma!. Fitz was just smart enough because of spending so much pasty time beside you, not getting a tan, that he picked up on the idea. You deserve the credit.
