#9 could potentially be fixed by putting "like, whatever" in quotation marks, since use of that two word phrase often reflects a poor vocabulary.

Just a random thought on the commercial video - If they are going to say the new lamp is better, shouldn't they show a nice clear shot of it, at least something better than a distance shot through a rainy window?
